A farm-to-table dinner at a chef’s table offering a unique dining experience where guests enjoy meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients sourced directly from nearby farms. This intimate setting allows you to engage with Chef Lee Kuebler, learning about the origins of each dish while savoring seasonal flavors and innovative culinary techniques. Chef Lee will break down the unique flavor profiles of your first course including Dukkah (mix of herbs, nuts and spices), Kohlrabi (wild cabbage) and almonds while you savor a from-scratch soup you wont find anywhere else. This carefully curated menu includes local sourced whole chicken which showcases the natural flavors of the ingredients sourced directly from local farms. Enjoy an evening with an emphasis on sustainability, support local producers, and create a communal atmosphere that celebrates the bounty of the region.

  • Roasted kohlrabi and almond soup, toasted almond dukkah, fresh herbs
  • Leeks vinaigrette: soft boiled egg, red wine vinaigrette
  • Pan roasted chicken: herbed spaetzle, apple-celeriac slaw

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Chef Lee Kuebler is a long-time Lake County resident, growing up here and raising his family. He is a graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has traveled extensively picking up ethnic flavors and cuisines and owned/operated a series of successful restaurants here in Lake County. Chef Lee is the adoring dad of 2 super energetic and wonderful kiddos.
