In this hands-on session, you’ll learn to make three mouthwatering varieties of scones: luscious Peaches and Cream Scones, hearty Maple Oat Scones, and savory Herb and Cheddar Scones, each bursting with unique flavors and perfect for any morning. To elevate your breakfast experience, we will also whip up sweet and savory compound butters to complement each scone, allowing you to explore a range of taste profiles from honeyed sweetness to herby richness. If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

I am a pastry chef currently working towards my bachelor's in food science while working as part of the culinary team here at The Joyful Gourmet. One of my goals in the kitchen is to make baking fun and approachable. As the evening store manager, I strive to make sure everyone has a great experience, whether it comes to introducing you to new kitchenware, sipping on a glass of wine or enjoying our cooking classes. When I'm not at work, I will either be working on my garden or nose deep in a book.
