Salmon 3 Ways
Join Chef Matt as he introduces you to 3 salmon recipes that are easy enough for during the week, but good enough for weekend company! During this hands-on class you will make Oregano Crusted Salmon, a delicious Mustard Glazed Salmon and Salmon Nachos as well as a few side dishes. During class you will also learn the secret to making great vinaigrettes and how to use roux as a base for a sauce. The class will also feature tips and techniques for buying and cooking salmon to perfection.
This is a completely hands-on experience so come ready to work and be sure to bring your sense of adventure and humor.
