Chef Mario learned originally learned with his Italian grandmother and then mastered his techniques professionally in restaurants in Denver and Chicago. Start with rolling out your own dough, make your fillings and prepare a couple different pasta dishes. Enjoy a salad and a glass of wine while everything is simmering! A fun night out and something you can try at home.
