In this cooking class, you will learn to make stuffed bread with a delicious blend of cheese and herbs. Learn how to make pasta, roll it out and cut into noodles. You will then master the creamy and flavorful chicken alfredo sauce and learn how to make pasta carbonara, a classic Italian dish made with pancetta, eggs, and plenty of parmesan cheese. To balance out the richness of the pasta dishes, you’ll whip up a healthy serving of roasted asparagus. And to finish the meal on a sweet note, you’ll learn how to make a classic tiramisu with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. Join us for this not to be missed class!
