In this vibrant cooking class, you’ll dive into the rich, flavorful world of Mardi Gras cuisine! Get ready to create some of New Orleans’ most iconic dishes and celebrate Fat Tuesday like a true local. From Sausage and Chicken Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee, Dirty Rice, and Beignets you will learn how to prepare these delicious dishes step by step including how to make a Roux for the sausage gumbo, roll out Beignets and how to make the holy trinity and incorporate it into a sauce.
Perfect for food enthusiasts or anyone looking to spice up their culinary skills, this class provides a festive atmosphere where you can enjoy learning, cooking, and of course, sampling your creations! Whether you’re new to New Orleans cooking or a seasoned chef, there’s something for everyone.

Hands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
