This interactive, hands-on class where participants actively engage in the baking process is designed to teach or enhance various baking techniques, such as measuring accurately, mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and layering a dessert board while developing the perfect balance of flavor, texture and presentation. Your Chocolatier-Instructor, Desiree, will provide step-by-step instructions, share expert tips, and answer any questions along the way. She will also offer suggestions for ingredient substitutions and variations, so you can adapt recipes to your taste. Enjoy learning in this participation class in a relaxed, social atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to bond with others who share a love for baking, and you may even get to share ideas and tips with fellow bakers. You’ll leave with new knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.
