Farfalle with Pesto and Fettuccine all’Amatriciana with Chef Mario, Owner of the PastaBar

Join us for a hands-on pasta class where you’ll master the art of making Farfalle pasta from scratch, paired with sautéed broccoli and savory Italian sausage tossed in a vibrant pesto sauce. You’ll also learn to prepare Fettuccine all’Amatriciana, featuring a rich tomato sauce made with cherry tomatoes, pancetta, and a hint of chili flakes for that perfect kick. This interactive culinary experience will not only enhance your pasta-making skills but also leave you with delicious dishes to impress your family and friends!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
