Local Chef Lee Kuebler is back at The Joyful Gourmet and ready to delight you with an amazing fall menu! Come enjoy a relaxing fun gourmet dinner after your Thanksgiving hosting and Black Friday shopping.
This dinner event will be a small-group chef-side table dining experience – Chef Lee will demonstrate each dish, talking through flavor profiles and techniques and serve an amazing multi-course meal. Come experience an amazing evening!
Menu:
- Smoked Whitefish Dip – Dill, Lemon, Capers, Trout Roe
- Winter Squash Bisque – Local squashes roasted with sweet spices, simmered in squash stock and finished with a touch of heavy cream
- Herbed Crusted Great Lakes Walleye – Emulsified brown butter sauce, spaghetti squash- wild rice pilaf and toasted almonds
A glass of wine or beer is included with the event. Additional glasses may be purchased at the wine bar.
