In this pasta class you will be making fettuccine nodles from scratch and two delectable sauces: chicken Alfredo and veggie primavera. You’ll learn the art of making perfect pastadough, rolling it out, and cutting it into long, skinny fettuccine noodles. Chef Meg will teach you how to lighten up your Alfredo and Primavera sauce. Come learn to make these two classic pasta dishes that are sure to impress.
