Pancakes are a universal breakfast treat across cultures with so many styles and tastes. In Japan, the traditional style is a fluffy tall cake – hence the “souffle” name (called a fuwa fuwa which actually translate to fluffy fluffy). Two other style pancakes will also be served – traditional buttermilk and hearty healthy high-protein oat pancakes.
Brunch sides will be served with your pancakes and several flavors of our quality Runamok syrups from Vermont. A Mimosas is included with the event.
