Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish that is simply wonderful – the hot stone bowl crisps the rice, then you add vegetables, a small amount of deliciously marinated beef, and top with an egg and some savory-spicy Gochujang sauce! It is delicious, and actually reasonably healthy!
This will be a participation lunch – you’ll build yours, learn all about the ingredients and how to make this at home with friends and family. Then eat your lunch with a glass of wine (optional).
