We’ll delve into the world of Spanish cuisine with a refreshing classic gazpacho, before elevating the flavors of heirloom tomatoes with creamy horseradish cream and chive oil. Then, we’ll savor the rich flavors of roasted beef tenderloin paired with herbed yellow wax beans and a tangy eggless tomato bernaise. Participation: Demonstration/Chef Side Table Event.  There will not be recipes for this class but Chef Lee will walk you through each course and give you lots of tips and tricks along the way.  So sit back drink some wine, ask lots of questions and enjoy an amazing meal!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Lee Kuebler

Chef Lee Kuebler is a long-time Lake County resident, growing up here and raising his family. He is a graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has traveled extensively picking up ethnic flavors and cuisines and owned/operated a series of successful restaurants here in Lake County. Chef Lee is the adoring dad of 2 super energetic and wonderful kiddos.
