Indulge in a Sweet Escape! Ever dreamed of creating the perfect, moist carrot cake? A silky, creamy, and oh-so-smooth, delicate panna cotta? Fresh strawberries and vibrant rhubarb in a melt-in-your-mouth filling, all crowned with a golden, buttery crumble topping?

Join Chef Liz Tinajero for an interactive baking class and master the art of these sweet treats. Chef Liz will share lots of tips and tricks in this Hands-On baking experience. Let’s bake memories together!

Hands-On – Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Liz Tinajero

I am a pastry chef currently working towards my bachelor's in food science while working as part of the culinary team here at The Joyful Gourmet. One of my goals in the kitchen is to make baking fun and approachable. As the evening store manager, I strive to make sure everyone has a great experience, whether it comes to introducing you to new kitchenware, sipping on a glass of wine or enjoying our cooking classes. When I'm not at work, I will either be working on my garden or nose deep in a book.
