In this cooking class, you will learn how to make compound butters, including herb and sweet cinnamon variations. These delicious flavored butters can elevate any dish, whether it’s savory or sweet. You will also learn the art of making French baguettes and French country loaves, from mixing the dough to the proper baking techniques. Chef Liz will guide you step by step to make perfectly baked bread and compound butters that will take your bread to a new level. By the end of the class, you will have gained the skills to create homemade compound butters and bake artisanal French bread to impress your friends and family.
