“Raviolo” means “large ravioli” and is a favorite dish of Italian food lovers.  Raviolo is a type of Italian pasta that is served as a single large piece, rather than small, individual piecces like most other pasta.

 

Menu:

  • Tomato Burrata Salad with Grilled Sourdough Bread
  • Raviolo stuffed with ricotta, spinach filling with a farm egg inside.  Served with a brown butter parmesan sauce
  • Grilled Broccolini with chili and lemon
  • Honey panna cotta with fresh berries and granola

Participation: Participants will help with rolling out the pasta and then sit back and watch Chef Andy bring the meal together.  He will give ou tips and tricks along the way.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
