You can’t go to the southern states and not have Biscuits and gravy but if you’re like me sometimes that sauce can be heavy, thick, and flavorless. Chef Laura has done this class in the past and participants have commented on how easy it is to make but also the gravy has a lovely rich flavor that complements the eggs and biscuits…..so yes, I have enjoyed Chef Laura’s version of this classic dish.
To start, you will be treated to a “bruleed” grapefruit drizzled with honey and lavender. Not sure what this means (?), then you’ll need to join us for this yummy breakfast class.
Learn to make the classic sausage gravy with easy to make herb drop biscuits and served with a sunny side up Egg (preferred style of egg).
These Herb Biscuits are to die for, they are easy to make and pretty much can be eating all the time, seriously!
